It is officially the most wonderful time of the year! Well, at least the start of the most wonderful time of the year! I love Fall so much – the cool air (cool-ish if you live in TX), the cozy clothes, fun activities and of course, all things pumpkin! For years I’ve been making the much loved & highly requested-to-bring-to-any-gathering Pumpkin Dip. It’s easy to make and taste so good – you just cannot ever go wrong with it. A couple of years ago though I started making Pumpkin Spice Bread after stumbling upon the recipe on Instagram.
I’ve never made a loaf of bread (except Banana Nut Bread) in my life so, the fact that this recipe is literally 2 ingredients was perfect for me! The can of pumpkin keeps it from drying out and the spice cake mix handles all of the “spices” you would add.
Ingredients:
1 box Spice Cake Mix
1 can Pumpkin Puree
Powdered Sugar
Mix the cake mix & pumpkin puree together well and bake in the oven at 400* for 40 minutes. Be sure to check the center with a toothpick but, know that some may still come out a tad gooey. Don’t worry – it’s still good! Once the bread is cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Though it taste best when slightly warm – your powdered sugar will soak right in!

I hope you enjoy this easy-peasy Pumpkin Spice Bread as much as we do! What are some of your favorite Fall activities you are looking forward to?
